Returns/ Refunds

We have a 10 day return/refund policy which begins when you receive your purchase. To be eligible for a pet shop return, the item(s) must be in the same condition received, un-worn, with tags and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] Items sent back to us without approval or not in the condition as mentioned above will not be accepted.

Please note: Some items cannot be returned, including any purchases that include perishable food. Other exceptions include special orders and personalized items. If you are unsure whether or not an item can be returned, please contact us at [email protected] and we gladly assist you.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you with a refurn/refund. Please refer to the Return/Refunds.
