All About Spot makes adding an entire family of pets easy. Simply visit the Fetch Record of your first pet and click on the “Add Family” icon. A new record card will be created specific to the new pet and linked to your primary account.

Here is what you need to know:

The Pet Partner will need to initiate the transfer of the pet.

In order for the Pet Partner to initiate the transfer, you must subscribe to the service and provide the Pet Partner the email used to set up the account.

Once the Pet Partner has initiated the transfer you will do the following:

  1. Log into your Account
  2. Go to "My Pets"
  3. Your new pet should appear in your account.
  4. Click "Accept" 

You can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term subscriptions! After you cancel, please be aware you no longer have access to the pet information. No refunds will be given.

All subscriptions are processed monthly on the same day the subscription was initially started

  1. Log in to your Account
  2. Go to "My Pets"
  3. Select the pet you wish to transfer and click "Transfer Pet Profile"
  4. Enter the email address of the new pet parent and click "Transfer Pet". *IMPORTANT- please use the same email address the new pet parent used to register with All About Spot.
  5. The pet will no longer be in your "My Pets" section
  6. The new pet owner will receive an email letting them know of the transfer
